Melissa Goodman, Owner and Coordinator

Since 1996, Melissa Goodman has been
working with a variety of clients to create
unforgettable events. Her endeavors began as
an event coordinator for California State
University, Stanislaus, which included the
coordination and planning of all student-wide
events including but not limited to
Homecoming, parades, concerts, galas, award
ceremonies, and talent shows. In 2003, Melissa
moved to the planning of events for non-profit
organizations, where she gained experience in
planning corporate events and grand openings.
Working off her passion for event planning,
Melissa began planning weddings and parties
for individual clients which eventually led to
the founding of By Invitation Only Events.

Tricia Samson, Coordinator

Tricia Samson entered into the field of event
planning in 1998 as a Director of Student
Programs at California State University
Stanislaus. Ms. Samson worked hard to
provide students with memorable and
entertaining events they would never forget.
Her responsibilities included the coordination
of comedy nights, concerts, "Battle of the
Band" contests as well as the co-coordination of
Homecoming events. Ms. Samson spent a
majority of her free time volunteering on
various boards and committees as an event
coordinator. Based on her extensive experience
and love for event planning, Ms. Samson has
proven to be a great asset to By Invitation
Only Events.
